This Traditional Health Qigong practice brings a wealth of benefits:

Eight Pieces of Brocade, also called Ba Duan Jin or Eight Section Exercises dates back to the Song Dynasty (960-1279).

Classical qigong is a practice of slow, precise, differientiated movement, presence and breath-work. This form is an easy entry into Classical Qigong practice.

The form is learnt in 75 minute sessions over a period of 8 consecutive weeks. A commitment to the entire course is required, along with personal practice.
