February 9 (Saturday) at 3:00 pm

Instructor
Nicole Lee
Class length
1 hour 30 minutes
Classical or Traditional Qigong is an Eastern self healing practice, originating from China and dating back over 4,000 years. There are literally thousands of different forms that come from various Masters, lineages and traditions.

Classical forms of qigong are generally characterised as a series of precise and differentiated movements performed in a very slow and methodical manner. These forms can encompass various elements, such as standing, stretching, balance, strength and body weight bearing movement.

This masterclass will transmit a short-form classical practice, teaching participants the sequence in full detail, and includes access to the recording to support home practice and learning.

There are numerous principals and dimensions to the practice of this beautiful form of self-care and restoration, the essence being to slow down, soften the heart and to do less.
