December 9 (Sunday) at 7:00 pm

Class length
1 hour 30 minutes
NOVEMBER: COMING TO OUR SENSES
SUNDAY 11 NOV (7PM-8:30PM)
Our five senses - sight (vision), hearing (audition), taste (gustation), smell (olfaction), and touch (somatosensation) - are constantly bringing us new and engaging information which can effectively lead and anchor our attention in the present moment. Unfortunately, our busy over-stimulated lifestyle can also dull our senses as a form of self-protection from overwhelm. Igniting our senses, by engaging in sensory mindfulness, we can shift effortlessly back into the present moment and re-connect with a light-hearted appreciation of the magic and awe available to us in daily life.

DECEMBER: SLOW FLOW TO STILLNESS
SUNDAY 9 DEC (7PM-8:30PM)
Reconnecting mind, body, and breath through mindful movement - is a journey from stillness to slow flow to stillness. Explore a range of these gentle flow practices, releasing and shifting stagnant energy, and encouraging a softening of the breath and calming of the nervous system.  Moving with mindful awareness requires our brain to listen and stop its random chattering. Reconnecting and anchoring our awareness back to our body and breath - we find a new sense of stillness and lightness and a natural ready-ness for seated meditation.

JANUARY: SEED Meditation workshop
